Macy’s Major Investment in Bayfair Center is Underway

In 2012, Macy’s signed a lease extension to remain at San Leandro’s Bayfair Center. Since then, Macy’s has invested significant time and money in both interior and exterior upgrades.

The much anticipated remodel of the interior is halfway complete, with new tile,  carpeting, lighting, updated wall fixtures, and architectural enhancements. The conceptual plans for the exterior are being finalized, with the project expected to be complete in time for the holiday season.
