The City of San Leandro is seeking interested applicants in the City and unincorporated Alameda County to serve on a new community advisory committee that will participate in the development of a Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) Plan for a half mile radius area around the Bay Fair BART Station, including Bayfair Center. The application deadline is 4 pm, Thursday, December 3, 2015.

The new approximately 20 member committee shall be composed of diverse, local stakeholders including homeowners, renters, property owners, and business as well as representatives from City Boards/Commissions, homeowners associations, community-based organizations, professional associations (e.g., labor, environmental), and public service agencies. The committee will hold at least four meetings, likely in the evenings, beginning in January 2016.
