On August 15, 2019 Common Networks announced its expansion into San Leandro, bringing a new, affordable choice for high-speed home internet to residents, through a partnership with the City of San Leandro.

San Leandro residents have long asked if the city’s fiber optic network will ever reach their homes. The partnership between Common Networks and the City of San Leandro will now make that possible. In June, the City Council approved agreements with Common to allow it to utilize the City’s buildings and fiber network to build a residential  high-speed internet service in the City. Common’s unique wireless technology are a fiber-to-the-home alternative that eliminates the cost of running wires to every home.

The City of San Leandro’s Chief Technology Officer, Tony Batalla explained, “the City’s investments in broadband infrastructure have driven economic development – connecting businesses, creating jobs, and driving smart city innovations, such as free Wi-Fi in public spaces and parks. Now with Common Networks, residents in San Leandro will have a choice for affordable high-speed internet directly in their homes.”

Common is the world’s first and only commercially available, graph-based 5G network delivering home internet service. Common is launching to more than 25,000 residents in San Leandro. Plans start at only $34 per month—without hidden fees, or data caps, including free installation service. Service is expected to fully launch later this year in September.

You guys are crooks? I don’t understand how you can run a business like this leaving somebody who’s paying for service and I haven’t had it for a month and I. Can’t? Even get ahold of you to get any help.
