November 15th marked the dedication of a new mural on the west wall of St. Leander Parish’s Ryan O’Connell Hall Gymnasium along San Leandro Boulevard facing the BART station. “The Great Migration of the Monarch Butterflies” mural by Rigo 23 celebrates San Leandro’s culture, history and shows San Leandro’s committment to beautify the city. Special thanks to the St. Leander Parish, Downtown San Leandro Improvement Association and members of the Portuguese community for their generous donations. Stay tuned for more art projects in the near future!
