City to Host a Community Workshop on Future Bay Fair TOD Plan on September 21

The City will be holding a community workshop on Wednesday, September 21 at 6 pm at the Senior Community Center to solicit public input on creating an exciting and vibrant future vision for the Bay Fair area, including Bay Fair BART Station and Bayfair Center.  Preliminary vision, desired uses and development concepts will be discussed and on display at the public meeting during this early planning stage in developing a forward-looking Bay Fair Transit-Oriented Development Specific Plan, which is tentatively scheduled for completion in late Spring/Summer 2017.
