Please join City staff for an interactive discussion and design review workshop on multi-family development standards! With assistance from a State grant, the City of San Leandro is updating its multi-family residential design standards to help ensure quality multi-family and mixed-use development projects. Due to State law changes, there is an effort towards more streamlined review of new multi-family projects. As such, this is an excellent opportunity for community members to tell the City what types of design standards should be created for multi-family and mixed-use projects moving forward. Your input will help to ensure that the new standards reflect the community’s values and vision. Please note that registration is required for this workshop.
