EAT Club moving to San Leandro, Hiring Workers
As companies continue to follow the trend of providing lunch for their employees, the demand for top quality food services in the office is steadily increasing. In 2010, EAT Club was founded based on a vision to reinvent the online food delivery realm and cater specifically to these businesses. At present, EAT Club is based in Palo Alto, but serves businesses in the entire San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles.
Among the more than 900 businesses that subscribe to EAT Club’s services, current clients include Netflix, Twitter, Samsung, Pandora, and Kaiser Permanente. The menus change on a daily basis, and EAT Club Kitchen’s award winning chefs are committed to using the very finest of ingredients to bring its clients a high quality product.
This month, EAT Club signed a lease on the former Andronicos/AG Ferrari property, with plans to consolidate its operations in San Leandro and commence business in early January 2016. Initially, EAT Club has announced ten positions in kitchen preparation and assembly work in the San Leandro location, expecting to double that number in the near future. Vacancies are listed on the EAT Club website, and interested candidates may email shy.leong@myeatclub.com to submit a cover letter and resume.
EAT Club’s arrival in San Leandro keeps the array of specialty food businesses expanding and diversifying, and adds excitement to the movement toward future-oriented business that the City has embraced.
