Two Big Brewery Celebrations This Weekend

Craft beer lovers are in for a treat this weekend!  Two of San Leandro’s craft breweries are hosting anniversary events.

On Friday, August 26, Drake’s Brewing Company celebrates its 27th anniversary with food, live music, limited edition brews, and timed tappings.  Drake’s anniversary party starts at 5 PM (4 PM for VIPs) and will wrap up at 9 PM.  Click HERE for much more information about this event.  

On Saturday, August 27, 21st Amendment Brewery celebrates its first anniversary in San Leandro — with an event nicknamed Augustfest — also with food, live music, rare and specialty beers, and a kids’ zone.  21st Amendment’s event runs from noon until 8 PM.  Click HERE for much more information about this event.

Both breweries will offer a free brewery-to-BART-to-brewery shuttle service during the events.  Please drink responsibly.
