Next week, we hope you will join us at two events celebrating San Leandro.

On Monday, March 27, 2017 at 6:30 PM, Mayor Pauline Russo Cutter will deliver the State of the City Address at the Main Library at 300 Estudillo Avenue.  The event is free and open to the public and all are encouraged to attend.  This year, the address is very much focused on the community, and the many ways the City is working to serve its residents and businesses.  For a sneak preview of this event, you can view two teaser videos of a film scheduled to be shown at the event. The 22nd annual Taste of San Leandro event will be hosted by 21st Amendment Brewery on Tuesday, March 28, 2017 from 5 PM until 8 PM. This benefit event supports the Leadership San Leandro program which has educated community leaders for over twenty years.

The $40 ticket will buy you food and drink from a plethora of San Leandro’s finest restaurants, specialty food businesses, and craft brewers, including Horatio’s, Lotus Leaf Restaurant, Marina Restaurant, Miraglia Catering, Rubiano’s, The Englander Sports Pub & Restaurant, The Tea Room Chocolate Company, The Vine Wine & Tapas, Tsuru Sushi, 21st Amendment Brewery, Cleophus Quealy Beer Company, and Drakes Brewing Company – and local wineries such as Verbena, Frog’s Tooth Vineyards, and Garre Vineyard and Winery.
