HUD-Approved Homebuyer Workshop for San Leandro Residents and Workforce

In conjunction with ECHO Housing and the Bay Area Affordable Homeownership Alliance (BAAHA), the City of San Leandro invites San Leandro residents and workforce to attend a virtual HUD approved homebuyer education workshop.

The virtual workshop will be held over two Saturday sessions on May 15th and 22nd from 10:00am to 2:00pm. Participants must attend both sessions to receive a certificate of completion. HUD approved homebuyer education certificates are now required to participate in most first-time homebuyer programs offered throughout Alameda County. This is a unique opportunity for San Leandro residents and workers!

Reservations are required to enroll and participate in the workshop.

Priority for reservations will be given to households who have a member(s) that lives and/or works in the city of San Leandro. Reservations must be made no later than 5:00pm Wednesday, May 12th. To make a reservation visit BAAHA’s website at: www.myhomegateway.org/sanleandrohud
