Pieology Now Open in Marina Square
Shoppers at Marina Square now have a new option for refueling between shops, as Pieology Pizzeria has now opened its doors for business. What makes Pieology unique is its assembly-line style model, where diners literally watch their pizzas come together before their eyes, from the dough press to the oven. While the pizzeria offers several favorites, building your own pizza is the main objective at Pieology since no matter how many toppings you choose to add, the price is always the same.
It all starts with an 11.5″ crust, pressed to size and thickness seconds before assembly begins. Pieology also offers a gluten-free crust for an extra two dollars. Next, there is a choice of sauces, from simply olive oil to fiery buffalo wing sauce, followed by a variety of cheeses (including dairy-free mozzarella) and meats. An impressive list of vegetable and fruit toppings are then available before the pizza is shuttled into the massive oven, capable of baking the pies at a whopping 800 degrees. The assembly line approach is quick, and once the pizza is in the oven, diners may sit down to wait in the dining area, and a Pieology employee will bring the finished pies to the table.
For diners who aren’t in the pizza mood, Pieology also makes custom salads in the same fashion. With their made-to-order model and attention to dietary restrictions, Pieology is more than able able to satisfy customers with a copious 78 billion pizza possibilities.
