The Cooler Opens in Downtown San Leandro This Saturday
“He was a wise man who invented beer.” — Plato
The highly anticipated grand opening of the craft beer taproom The Cooler will take place at 11 AM on Saturday, June 11. The taproom is located at 1517 E. 14th Street, between Baskin Robbins and Le Soleil in the heart of Downtown San Leandro. The Cooler offers a unique experience in San Leandro, catering to the exploding community of craft beer enthusiasts, and curating its selection from only local brewers. In addition to 25 varieties
of craft beer across 40 taps, The Cooler will offer wine, an array of bottled craft beer, kombucha, and perhaps a few other surprises. While The Cooler will not serve food, customers are encouraged to bring in food from nearby restaurants. The Cooler is also the first San Leandro business to install a receiver for the Downtown Wi-Fiber, providing free Wi-Fi and ample power outlets throughout.
The beer menu has been carefully crafted to provide an impressive lineup of options for every craft beer lover. Expect this lineup to consist of beers from regional and independent craft brewers, of course including San Leandro’s own 21st Amendment, Cleophus Quealy, and Drake’s.
