In the July 22, 2022 issue of the San Francisco Business Times (SFBT), readers can find a colorful and captivating 24-page insert highlighting San Leandro‚Äôs 150-year history of culture, business, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Over the past months, the City’s Economic Development team has been working with SFBT staff on compiling a feature to celebrate the City’s sesquicentennial milestone and the many transformations that have taken place over a century and a half. The stories highlight legacy businesses, forward-thinking businesses, new developments, the history of manufacturing in San Leandro, Downtown happenings, housing, and COVID-19 relief and recovery, and more.       Of course! Copies of the supplement are available for free at City Hall (in the hallway and outside Council Chambers) as well as the Main Library.
